  • 1 tbsp cacao powder 
  • 1 tsp maca 
  • 1 tsp lucuma 
  • 1 tbsp raw honey

  • 1 ounce Walnuts 
  • 1 ounce Red Beet (RAW)
  • 1 ounce Cucumber 
  • 1/2 Fuji Apple 
  • 1/8 – 1/4 Lime 
  • 1/4 inch slice fresh ginger 
  • 1 cup filtered water 
  • 1 cup of ice
