Every parent knows that most Children don’t like vegetables, What we can do is turn those veggies into juice and fresh sweeten it up with the fruit they like. Try some Apple & Vegetable Juice and Juice up your life!
Imagine its Holiday with little to no activity at all at home, the children are watching television or play a video game. This is the best time for you to be creative and make a healthy nutritious juice for them. Apple juice is the right choice. Children often do not like vegetables! Don’t worry!! We can easily combind it with their favorite fruit.Most Children like apple. We just choose a fresh apple and mixed into the juice. This time we will combine apple,banana, broccoli and celery. As we know the important ingredients have a variety of benefits. Apple is a fruit that has a lower fat content holding a high fiber content. It is healthy to maintain the balance of their body weight. If we combine these ingredients into one juice recipe, it is a lot of benefits that we derive.

We will need to use a juicer to make Apple Vegetable Juice:

Ingredients:

  •  1 cup broccoli florets 
  • 1 celery rib 1 apple (I used a fresh green apple) 
  • juice of 1/2 lemon 
  • 1 Sweet banana 
  • 1 teaspoon honey/agave/maple syrup (or to taste) 
  • 1/4 cup milk 
  • 1/2 cup water 
you might want to taste after see if it needs a bit of maple syrup or honey so our kids enjoy it better while drinking it!
